What to include
To help us resolve issues quickly, please tell us which tool you were using (for example, Compress PDF or Webpage to PDF), your browser and operating system, and whether the file was processed in your browser or uploaded to our servers. If a job failed, the timestamp of your attempt and any error message you saw will speed things up.
For privacy and data requests(export, deletion, DPA inquiries), pick “Privacy / data request” from the subject menu and mention the email address tied to your account. For business inquiries(volume pricing, custom workflows, white-labeling), choose “Business inquiry” and share a sentence or two about your use case.
Please do not paste sensitive document contentsinto this form. We only need enough context to reproduce the problem — never the file itself. If we need the document, we'll arrange a secure way to receive it.
