Refund Policy

Last updated: May 2, 2026

DocuShell offers refunds for unused paid API purchases requested within 7 days of payment. A purchase is considered unused when the paid credits from that purchase have not been meaningfully consumed by API or server-powered jobs.

Eligible Refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days if the purchase was accidental, duplicate, or not used for paid API work. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where the payment provider supports it.

Credits And Failed Jobs

Credits do not roll over between monthly credit cycles. DocuShell does not auto-charge overages. API requests can stop with a 402 response when credits reach zero.

We do not charge credits for authentication failures, validation failures, rate-limit rejections, or requests rejected before a job is queued. If an internal DocuShell worker fails after credits are reserved, the credit refund path is designed to return those credits idempotently.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not automatic for partially used purchases, expired unused credits, completed jobs, or cases where credits were consumed successfully. Taxes, bank fees, and currency-conversion differences may depend on the payment provider and local rules.
